CHI MACHINE

Although they originated in Japan, the Japanese do not call them “chi machines” - they call them Goldfish Exercise Machines - “Chi Machine” became the popular name for them after they were introduced to the West in the 1980's.

It is a passive aerobic exerciser.  You simply lie down and relax and allow our machine to give you a complete workout.  Helps relieve pain and tension in the back, neck and shoulders, whilst stimulating circulation and lymph drainage.

This technique will help to relax your muscles and joints whilst firming your hips, thighs and abdomen.
