JIN SHIN JYUTSU SELF-HELP WORKSHOPS  

These are led by Tricia Barber.  She guides you through the experience of hands-on self-help to promote daily maintenance of body, mind and spirit.  By getting to “Know Yourself” through tuning into your body’s energies, you learn to read its messages and to rebalance your energies by using your hands as ‘jump leads’ or ‘jumper cables’ to overcome blocks in your energy system. 

The sessions are based on Mary Burmeister’s Self-Help Books 1, 2 & 3 and participants will receive a copy of the appropriate book included in the price of the workshop.  Each book is usually covered over two afternoons from 2pm to 6pm.  These sessions are normally a week apart to allow the energies and information to be properly assimilated.
