LOUSIE L HAY WORKSHOP
Louise L Hay is an American who helped pioneer Complementary Therapy. She linked our thought
patterns and belief systems with our physical and emotional conditions. She believed that if we could identify our
negative beliefs we could change them to positive ones, thus empowering ourselves and promoting
wellbeing.
As children, we learn the belief systems of our parents, carers, teachers and those around
us. However, these may not always be correct or to our best advantage. Beliefs such as "Children should be seen and
not heard" or "Money doesn't grow on trees" may hold us back in later life and prevent us from fulfilling our
potential.
In her book "You Can Heal Your Life" Louise L. Hay links medical conditions with the thought
patterns which may have contributed to these conditions and suggests positive affirmations which may help to
rebalance these conditions.
Michael Barber has successfully completed a Louise L. Hay Instructor Course with Justin
Carson and is licenced to hold Louise L. Hay workshops which have been set out in detail by her.
These workshops will usually be held in Bodmin. There are two
choices:
1. Six evening weekly sessions lasting two hours.
2. A full two-day workshop held on a Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Private one-to-one sessions are available, however, much of the course work includes pair
work, so it is better done in groups.
Workshops can be privately booked for groups of 4 to 12. The organiser will receive a
discount on a sliding scale, depending on the number booked and paid for. Please ring for details.
