Stress is now accepted as both a major contributor and maintaining cause of illness in the modern world. Our busy lives give us little or no time at all for our families, friends and, lastly, ourselves.  We do a job in order to pay the bills in order to have a roof over our heads in order to do the job! We work all year for that all important holiday which costs us a fortune and, when we return, it takes us a fortnight to catch up with the washing and other jobs and after returning to work you need a holiday to get over the holiday!

Tricia Barber has a degree in Psychology and has practised Tai-chi for over 10 years and held Tai-Chi classes for over three years. Tricia has developed an holistic approach to meditation which incorporates many different aspects including various forms including non Intrusive meridian therapy techniques such as Jin Shin, Qi gong and accupressure points.  She includes appropriate exercises from Donna Eden, Louise L. Hay and many others. This rich mix will give you an interesting and extensive session during which you will be taught exercises that you can use in your daily life as well as share with your family and friends.  Give yourself a treat and make time for you.
