NEWSLETTER NO 2 PEGASUS TRANSFORMATIONS- SEPTEMBER 2011

Michael and Tricia welcome you to their second Newsletter. They moved to Cornwall to open The Pegasus Transformations Therapy Centrein order to share with you the wonderful therapies that they have used to help themselves and families through difficult times and now wish to share these therapies with you. Many of these have a Self Help Technique which they teach you in order that you can use them at home on yourself and with family and friends, when issues arise. So please spread the word.

THE RELEASING AND ENERGISING ENERGIES OF 2012 AND HOW THEY CAN HELP YOU.

We see in the News, how dictatorships in the Middle East, Corruption in India, the Collapse of the News of the World, Phone Hacking, Politicians, Police and Bank malpractices and others are all being brought to the surface and swept away to make way for the coming of the new Golden Age.

So it is with you. In the past, even as children, you all experienced traumatic events throughout your lives, in the form of Bereavements, Relationship, School, work, Redundancy, financial hardships, issues etc. the list goes on and on.

STRESS is now commonly accepted as a major contributor to illness. STRESS is our inability to process our Life Experiences which is often reflected in the digestive disorders you have.

So what happens? If you break your leg the doctor gives you painkillers and a few weeks off work while you recover, which gives your body a chance to recharge, before returning to your old stressful ways that make you ill and rob you of your quality of life.

However when we experience Grief in the form of a sudden death or other traumatic event, our physical bodies are usually not affected directly straight away, but our Emotional Body is.

It is as if you had put your finger into the electric socket and you received a massive SHOCK. Where does this charge go? It stays in your energy system often for a lifetime and can manifest much later as a contributor towards illness. How do you deal with this? With great difficulty because you don’t know how to deal with it, and it’s painful, so you bury it deep inside yourself and later it may surface as an illness on your physical, emotional mental or spiritual bodies, affecting you in many negative ways and holding you back from realising your true potential and reaching that inner state of Peace.

Fear not, all is not lost! In recent years the Universe has graciously given Mankind wonderful new healing tools for the 21st Century, with which to access these deep subconscious traumas and release them easily so that you can return to a state of balance and harmony on all levels.

Michael and Tricia have specialised in these releasing therapies and have helped many people.

M.E. ROAD TO RECOVERY AND HOW YOU OR A FRIEND CAN BE HELPED?

Tricia has suffered from ME for 25 years and Michael has supported her, so both are fully aware of the devastating affects ME (Chronic Fatigue) has on your and families’ lives.

During this time they have used Homoeopathy, Tai Chi, Chi- Kung, Meditation and Yoga to help Tricia. As conventional medicine had nothing to offer and was often unhelpful, this led them to train as therapists in the following therapies, Re-birthing which incorporates Voice Dialogue, Energy Stepping, Past Life, Inner Child work. Later, as Tricia started to recover, she became a Tai Chi teacher and ran two weekly classes at a health club in Kent. Following their move to Cornwall nine years ago they trained as Emotional Freedom Technique therapists and went on to train in the Tapas Acupressure Technique and in 2010 trained in the Z-Point For Peace Process which is new to this country. A year ago Tricia discovered NES HEALTH SCANS which is a new revolutionary healing system. Tricia was particularly interested in this as the NES Scans had been created by Peter Fraser an Australian Professor of Acupuncture and a classical homoeopath who suffered from ME and over 25 years developed the NES System in order to heal himself and others of their ME. Tricia discovered that some of their EFT colleagues who had also suffered from ME had used the NES System to restore their health. Tricia and Michael invested in the system and trained as NES Health Practitioners and now have a growing client base of which some have M.E. and are being helped. They also trained as Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioners which is an ancient Japanese healing art using acupressure on safety energy locks or acupressure points. They have also used their two eight foot pyramids with crystals and magnets to help Tricia’s recovery from ME.

If you are feeling Fearful: then gently wrap your fingers of one hand around your index finger on the other hand and hold for a few minutes or until you feel a gentle warm pulsing. This is part of the Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help exercises.

Don’t forget when you are sad or fearful, your body produces negative chemicals but when you are happy and laughing it produces Endorphins which make you happy and well.

So everyday please make quality time for you, your partner, family and friends to bond and support each other. Just turn off the TV for 10 mins and feel the relief.
