QIGONG  

Weekly Qigong sessions are held, which include a guided meditation, usually at the start of the class.  

Qigong incorporates moving meditation with gentle yet effective exercises which are easy to follow and are based on Tai Chi.  These exercises get your Chi energy flowing, helping to rebalance your meridians and promote more efficient breathing, while relieving stress and stimulating your energy.  Feel re-energised, rebalanced and more at peace within yourself.  Suitable for all fitness levels.  Most exercises may also be done seated if necessary.
